Home Guidance Graduation check list 2009 Graduation Information Search		Graduation check list  GRADUATION CHECKLIST Reviewed all admission requirements to University and College program(s) of choice Visit and explore web sites for scholarships—www.scholarhshipscanada.com and www.studentawards.com Your schedule reflects admission requirements 40 hours of Community Service completed All course grad requirements met INFO and OUAC booklets received and reviewed OCAS booklet received and reviewed Had Grad pictures taken Submitted resume and reference letters for in-school scholarships Applied to University (due date January 14, 2009) Applied to College (due date February 1, 2009) Submitted an idea for the grad banner by Friday February 13, 2009 to Mrs. Jacques or Mrs. Chiandussi Graduation application completed and returned by February 6, 2009 (Early bird $80) February 26, 2009 (Final deadline $90) Graduation fee paid to Main Office before February 26, 2009 Going to Guidance Office to check on new scholarships Volunteered for Mass and/or Graduation Helped to paint the banner Attend Graduation meeting on May 13, 2009 Completed and returned Graduation Survey to Guidance on Monday June 5, 2009 Picked up Cap and Gown in B175 on Tuesday June 23, 2009 Returned Cap and Gown at the end of the ceremony at the Caboto Club Picked up Report Card and Diploma in Mid July, 2009 Good luck and Enjoy your summer!!!
